Will this run SF/Fraps recording at 32fps while getting 32fps and possibly play MW2 at SF's Default Res. and possibly AVA ?(If I ever decide to play AVA/MW2)

im not familier with AMD drivers so idk , about that but the graphic card etc. is good enough

Its good enough to play MW2 if I ever decide to stop playing SF ?

im pretty sure it is , since its the same serie as mine and i can play on full setting

if its quadcore with 2.8ghz each, its def. good enough to play mw2 and ava etc on a good and high setting. (if not full resolution and graphics)
8GB DDR3 is also good enough.
5450 graphic card, not sure how it is but it seems to be a pretty good one since the newest is 5750 or smth like that. (If im not mistaken).

wlan may cause ping spikes at sf tho, dunno about mw2 since I dont own the game yet. (I'll buy it when I get my new pc, which will probably an alienware).

Yes, it's definitely good enough to play any game on highest settings lagless except for perhaps games such as GTA IV and Crysis. I have no idea what WLAN is so I won't comment on that... Video card is excellent, Quad Core processor could be replaced by an i7 to make the whole thing around 1,5x faster, but I'd just buy this one and save up for an i7 (and build it in later).

AVA is graphically worse than COD4/Mw2 so you'll be able to run that no problem at all.

Price is a good bargain. I would definitely do it.
